'She's got a forever home where she can safely raise her babies': Couple rescues a sick pregnant cat whose kittens would have been born outside, giving her a chance at a better life

Being pregnant is one of the most vulnerable periods of your life, and that is just as true for cats as it is for humans. That's why we constantly see stories of pregnant cats asking humans for help. Because they know. They know that their babies have a much better chance of surviving and thriving with those weird creatures who just want to pamper them all day long. And this pregnant cat was no different. 

This pregnant kitty needed help. She was all alone, outside and sick, and she knew that even if her babies will be born healthy, she will not have the strength and health that she needs to take care of them, not alone, not outside in difficult conditions. So, when kind humans showed up and offered their help, she took it, and now, safe and sound with her babies in their new home, the momma is not only happy, she is thriving.

    My aunt and uncle found this sweet young lady on the side of the road in CT pregnant and very sick. She seriously hit the jackpot, she's got a forever home, where she can safely raise her babies, who will all go to great homes.

  • It looks like this young lady was very much ready to get off the streets and into a warm home. She's got a lot of work on her paws, and another pair of hands has never hurt any new momma like her.

  • You are definitely not going to regret keeping another one of them, and they are only going to thank you as well. We are all for keeping families together, and that includes kitty cat families. And besides, double the cats means double the fluffiness, double the love and yes, double the chaos sometimes, and that's a good thing.

    Unusual Structure948 OP They really are, they couldn't say no, especially because they live in a nice house in the woods and had an extra room for her. The whole time my mom and I kept saying "you are so lucky momma, you won the lottery here." She's so sweet and talkative, they deserve a chance.
